how to order

At bix & pieces our beautifully designed biscuits are created specifically for each individual request. We understand that each occasion is unique and with the many different shapes and decorating options offered, we will happily work with you to get the perfect biscuits for your celebration.

To begin the order process simply phone/email us, and provide the following details:

Contact name
Phone number and email
Date of event
Location of event
Theme of event (if applicable)
Approx. qty needed
Any further information regarding the style,
colour, shape etc you might like to add

Small orders need to be placed at least 10 days in advance of delivery date. Larger orders of 50+ biscuits need to be placed at least 14 days or more in advance of delivery.

Please note: as we are a small business the more notice given on orders the better, thank you!

pricing

bix & pieces custom orders are created with your specifications in mind and will be quoted at the time of inquiry. However, as a rough guide our biscuits range in price from $3.50 – $6.50 per biscuit depending on decorative detail needed. Minimum order of 12 biscuits required. For parties & favours we package the biscuits individually in cellophane bags with ribbon, this is an additional $0.50 per biscuit.

how it works

Once your order has been finalised and payment received we will begin baking. Small orders require 5-10 days to bake, package and deliver your biscuits within Melbourne only. Larger orders will take an additional 7-14 days. All our biscuits have a shelf life of upto 3 weeks and we suggest you store them in an airtight container before you are ready to eat them. Best consumed as soon as possible!

payment methods

We accept payment with cash, bank cheque & bank transfer. We prefer to finalise payment via bank transfer. Please contact directly to arrange payment detail information. We will start baking the minute we receive your payment.

delivery

We carefully wrap our biscuits in tissue paper and bubble wrap, and package them in boxes so they have the best possible chance of reaching you undamaged. Biscuits will be delivered to you at your residence, workplace or event location via courier. In some circumstances depending on location the biscuits will be delivered by us in person. Delivery is quoted as an additional fee and will be calculated upon receipt of order and based upon mileage. Delivery within Melbourne only.

ingredients

Biscuits: flour, butter, golden syrup, treacle, pasteurised egg, spices, cocoa powder and vanilla pods

Icing: icing sugar, meriwhite meringue powder, gel paste food colours.

RegaIice Sugarpaste (fondant icing): sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, water, glycerine various food colours.

Allergy advice: contains wheat gluten, pasteurised eggs

All our biscuits have a shelf life of upto 3 weeks and we suggest you store them in an airtight container before you are ready to eat them. Best consumed as soon as possible!
